Supporting Your Neurodivergent Employees Successfully
Corporate Workshops for People Managers, Execs, & ICs
Why Companies Are Investing In Neurodiversity Education: Their Bottom Line
Let’s get it out of the way - the term neurodiversity has become oddly trendy, And yet, we can’t ignore its very real, direct impacts on employee development and corporate productivity.
But what does it actually mean? What’s happening in the brain? And crucially - how is it affecting your people and your business?
People leaders are unintentionally hindering 30% of their workforce.
Neurodivergent brains work differently than yours - in great ways and not. Managers are missing the skills to lead neurodivergent employees effectively, and employees can lack the education or vocabulary to pinpoint these differences and advocate for themselves.
Our neurodivergent employees are being met with a gap in corporate and managerial understanding of how their brains function. As a result, these employees miss the support they need to maximize their capabilities. This lack of managerial knowledge and responsibility leads to an underutilized workforce, excellent employees misunderstood as low performers, decreased engagement, and high turnover - all unnecessarily.
What is Neurodiversity?
Neurodiversity refers to the range of natural variations found in specific regions of the brain, leading to differences in how people learn, focus, process information, and interact with others. Some of the most recognized types of neurodivergence include Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Dyslexia.
It doesn’t have to be this way. With some context, comprehension, and small adjustments to how we approach talent management and development, your neurodivergent employees can fully realize their potential, as can your bottom line.
Join your neurodivergent facilitators, Angela and Marina, as we explore neurodiversity in the context of the workplace. We’ll show you critical, practical ways to recapture missed productivity, strengthen teams, and drive business results.

About Manage The Brain
Manage The Brain and our corporate workshops were born from Marina and my personal, all too-common experiences as neurodivergent employees of not getting what we needed to succeed from managers early on in our careers.
Back then, our managers didn’t know better, and neither did we. Few people understood the physiological differences of the neurodivergent brain, let alone had the vocabulary to talk about it. But now we do. And our employees are asking us to be better.
